The place it's good, the only thing is that in one of our rooms they didn't put us towels so we have to ask for it, after that the experience is good, beautiful place connected to the nature, perfect ubication
Es un excelente lugar muy familiar tiene un vista espectacular la alberca y la cueva son sorprendentes, las habitaciones muy cómodas el servicio de 10 súper recomendables
Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente ya que reservamos con días de anticipación y al llegar nos percatamos que en la habitación el clima no estaba funcionando nos cambiaron a otra habitación pero está fue más pequeña en el área de restaurant pedimos un servicio y si se demoraba mucho la muchacha ya que notamos que platicaba con otras personas y eso hacia que el servicio se atrasara en varias ocasiones le tuvimos que llamar fueron los únicos detalles, pero las instalaciones muy bien
El restaurante Tunich es muy bueno, el guacamole con camarones una delicia y las chevas a veces al 3x2 un plus
El Bar que tiene el Hotel es fabuloso , muy tranquilo , limpio, buen servicio. El Bar se llama Zastum
El lugar es perfecto para ir en pareja, tiene salas con tv. Música en vivo. Bar. Una pequeña alberca... Poca variedsd de comida pero es recomendable
"Excelente Hotel" las habitaciones están muy grandes y cómodas; tienen todas las habitaciones un refrigerador, un microondas, cafetera, armario, mesas, (platos, tazas, y cubiertos), sillas o un sillón. Tienen un buen servicio de limpieza. Exelente para ir solo, con acompañante o con la familia.
